CS Education Holiday Course is structured to accommodate the academic standards expected of primary students at this time of the year. There will be particular focus on improving Reading Comprehension, Writing, Language Conventions, General Ability and Numeracy skills for the upcoming NAPLAN Tests in May.
The 2018 NAPLAN Tests for Year 3 & 5 will be held in May. Students have to write a persuasive or a narrative essay and this is a challenging task. So, the Autumn Holiday period is the best opportunity for these students to learn new writing skills, strengthen previous knowledge and gather new knowledge to achieve outstanding results in these upcoming tests. Please keep in mind that results from these tests do affect your child’s school marks in the OC and Selective High Schools Test.
The Year 3 & 5 Holiday Course will focus on NAPLAN Test and also learning in preparation for next year’s Selective High Schools Test. For other levels, this course is helpful as it focuses on revision, academic enrichment and elementary preparation for Term 2.
